WARRANTY &
SUPPORT
HOW WE SEE IT
Support isn't an obligation to manage.
It's the reason customers come back to buy
For us, after-sales support isn't a service we grant when something goes wrong. It's the part of the job where you really see who you're dealing with.
That's why we don't treat it as a cost to cut, but as the strongest reason to choose us over a competitor: when a machine goes down, the catalogue isn't what makes the difference. The person who picks up the phone is.
We're here, and we mean it. We're not a distant helpdesk: we work alongside our partners before, during and after.
WHO TO CONTACT
We never bypass those who chose us.
SiComputer sells through a network of resellers and installers. When you need support, your
first point of contact is still whoever supplied the product: they know your setup, your context, your priorities.
We're right behind them, with our technical team and spare parts
IF YOU'RE A RESELLER OR INSTALLER
You talk directly to our technical team
No middle layers, no tickets bouncing between departments. The people who answer know our machines because they see them being built every day.
- Technical support on configurations, diagnostics and spare parts
- RMA requests from the partner area, using the serial number
- Warranty management for your customers, extensions included
IF YOU BOUGHT FROM A RESELLER
Your first point of contact is whoever sold you the product
We don't provide direct support to end users, and it's not about cutting corners: it's how we respect your relationship with the people who guided your choice and know your setup better than we do.
- Find the reseller you bought the product from
- Keep the machine's serial number handy
- Can't trace your supplier? Fill in the form and we'll point you in the right direction
THE JOURNEY OF A RETURN
What really happens, from fault to back in service.
No black box. This is the journey a machine takes when it comes back to us, told from the point of view of whoever is waiting for it.
REPORTED
Something's not right.
The customer calls their reseller. Often that's where it ends: a driver, an update, a setting. When our technical team is needed, though, we start from a diagnosis done together, not from a form filled in blind.
You'll need: serial number + a description of what happens and when
AUTHORIZED
The return gets a number.
The reseller opens the case from the partner area. From that moment it's no longer a loose end: it's a record with a status, a date and a technician in charge.
The serial number identifies the machine, the product line and the active warranty
ON THE BENCH
Back where it was built.
It arrives at our headquarters in Lugo, on our technical team's workbenches. Whoever opens it knows the design inside out, because we designed that device ourselves: we know where to look before we even start searching.
Original spare parts, not equivalents sourced on the open market
TESTING
Booting up isn't enough.
Before it goes back, the device is tested as if it were new. Repairing means returning a system you can trust again, not closing a case.
Same testing protocol used in production
BACK IN SERVICE
Back to work.
The device is shipped to the reseller, who hands it back to the customer knowing exactly what was done. The replaced part and the repair stay on record: if the same issue ever comes back, nobody starts from scratch.
Repair history linked to the serial number
SERVICE LEVELS
Two ways to get support
The difference isn't in the quality of the repair, but in where it happens and how much downtime you can take.
If you can't afford to stop, the second one is for you.
Warranty registration and activation forms are currently available in Italian only. You can use the links below to access the forms.
